The number of confirmed H1N1 flu cases in Manitoba jumped again today. Health officials are reporting 163 new cases, bringing the total of those infected to 458.

Winnipeg still carries the most out of those cases, sitting at 226.

Meanwhile, Manitoba chiefs have asked for a state of emergency to be declared on reserves because of the virus.
