Aerial View of Southern Manitoba Flooding (VIDEO)

It’s hard to get a real sense of the damage the weekend thunderstorm caused across southern Manitoba unless you see it from above. River levels are now 10 feet above normal and the city says 110 millimetres of rain accumulated, making the weekend storm a once in fifty year event.

A local camera crew went up Monday afternoon to have a look.
