Blue Bombers Sign Pair of Imports, Release D.J. Hall

By Tyler Sutherland

In the midst of training camp, the Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed import wide receiver and former Bomber Willie Foster on Friday, along with import defensive lineman Moton Hopkins.

Foster appeared in one game with the Blue Bombers in 2007 where he returned five punts for 37 yards and seven kickoffs for 166 yards. Hopkins was a two-time Conference USA second-team selection and finished his career at Tulsa with 216 tackles.

At the same time, the team released import wide receiver D.J. Hall.

The next chance for fans to see this year’s prospects in action is Sunday at the stadium from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
