It’s that time of year again — you know, when you lose an hour of sleep and end up feeling grumpy for a few days?
Daylight saving time resumes in the wee hours of Sunday morning, when clocks will spring ahead one hour.
The official time change occurs at 2 a.m., when clocks will be turned to 3 a.m.
Daylight saving times begins on the second Sunday in March and continues until the first Sunday in November.
The upside is that days will now appear to be much longer.
