MTS hasn’t officially unveiled plans and pricing for the iPhone 4 just yet, but Apple watchers have apparently found out what customers can expect on April 26.
According to iPhoneinCanada.ca, when MTS introduces the iPhone 4, they will offer an unlimited data plan for $74.99 a month, or $69.99 a month when bundled with other services.
The plan is rumoured to include 350 daytime minutes, and unlimited calling between MTS customers within Manitoba. Included features will be unlimited text/picture/video messaging and unlimited evenings and weekends beginning at 6 p.m.
The most popular feature of the plan is obviously the unlimited data, which will also give users the ability to tether.
Phone pricing will reportedly be based on a three-year contract at $159/$269 for the 16/32 GB model.
Critics argue signing a three-year contract for a device that’s nearly a year old is a bad move. The iPhone 5 is expected to come out in the fall.
