Halloween ‘Boolathon’ to Support Kids Help Phone

By David Klassen

Kids Help Phone will be supported by a fun Halloween initiative on Sunday aimed at raising money to keep the useful service going.

The 2011 BMO Boolathon will raise much-needed funds during a bowling challenge at Academy Uptown Lanes. About 100 participants will bowl in their best costumes to support the 24/7 phone line that provides free counselling and information to kids in the community.

Bowling games will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
