With the 2012-13 NHL season hanging in the balance, fans will still be able to get their on-ice fix this year.
Shaw TV will debut “WHL Full On” on October 29 across Canada, giving viewers exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the drama, superstitions, routines and passion that is life in the Western Hockey League.
The series will air three times per week as part of a 10-part series.
The WHL season kicks off tonight with the Kootenay Ice taking on the Edmonton Oil Kings at 7 p.m. on Shaw TV. Viewers can catch 32 games of the regular season on Shaw TV channels across the country.
