Extra Hour of Sleep as Clocks Move Back

Daylight saving time ends early Sunday morning, as clocks shift back one hour.

DST ends on the first Sunday in November and resumes the second Sunday in March.

Manitobans are reminded to change their clocks back to standard time at 2 a.m. on November 4, at which time clocks should be set to 1 a.m.

Daylight saving time will resume on Sunday, March 10, when clocks move ahead one hour.
