Former NHL goaltender Clint Malarchuk will be in Winnipeg this month to sign copies of his new book.
“The Crazy Game” documents Malarchuk’s career in the league, where he played from 1981 and 1992 and most recently was on the coaching staff of the Calgary Flames.
The book will take readers inside Malarchuk’s time suffering from high anxiety, depression and obsessive compulsive disorder, and the story of when he nearly died on the ice from a throat slashing during a collision in the crease.
The book signing is scheduled for Monday, October 27 at Chapters Polo Festival, 695 Empress Street, beginning at 7 p.m.
