Four people, including three youths, have been charged following a stolen vehicle pursuit.
Winnipeg police spotted the vehicle early Saturday morning in the area of Andrews Street and Boyd Avenue and attempted to pull it over.
The vehicle was stolen on Thursday sometime overnight from the St. Vital area.
Upon seeing the police, the driver fled and all occupants jumped out on foot a short distance later at around 1:50 a.m.
Police used the tactical support team and canine unit to track the suspects down. All four were arrested without incident.
A 12-year-old Winnipeg boy faces several charges, including weapons charges and three counts of failing to comply with an undertaking. He remains at the Manitoba Youth Centre.
Police also charged a 20-year-old Winnipeg man, and two 15-year-old girls. The man remains in custody, while the two youths were released on promises to appear.
