Clocks Fall Back on Sunday Morning

ClockAn extra hour of sleep is in store for Canadians this weekend as the clocks fall back one hour.

Daylight saving time ends on Sunday morning at 2 a.m., at which time clocks should be set back to 1 a.m.

Under the Official Time Act, daylight saving time ends on the first Sunday in November and resumes the second Sunday in March.

It’s also an opportune time to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
