Paving work will force the closure of the southbound Pembina Highway off-ramp this weekend.
The city says the ramp, which merges onto eastbound Bishop Grandin, will be closed beginning Saturday at 6 a.m. until Monday, July 13 at 6 a.m.
A separate closure on Sunday will close traffic to vehicles on Vaughan Street between the Promenade and Portage Avenue from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pedestrian access will be maintained during the closure, which is to accommodate crane work.
Over on Jefferson Avenue, the roadway will be closed between Cail Bay and King Edward Street to eastbound and westbound traffic at 6:00 p.m. tonight for a CP railway crossing reconstruction project. Jefferson will reopen at 6 a.m. on Monday, July 13.
Motorists are advised to allow for additional travel time or to use alternate routes in this area to reach their destinations.
