An extra hour of sleep is on the schedule this weekend.
Daylight saving time ends on Sunday, November 1, at which time clocks will be set back one hour.
The change officially happens at 2 a.m., setting clocks back to 1 a.m.
Daylight saving time ends on the first Sunday in November and resumes the second Sunday in March.
Officials also say it’s also a good time to check and replace batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
