CBC to Aarti Pole: Just Sit There and Wait

CBC News Winnipeg didn’t quite start the way it normally does on Tuesday. Reporter Aarti Pole appeared at 5 p.m. to go live on a story a few moments later, but was already live right off the bat for nearly an entire minute.

Watch:

CBC then cut to its local Saskatchewan feed, before going back again to Aarti.

If you listen closely, you can hear someone in the background say, “Are we on the air?”

Yep, you’re on the air!

    Well if you ever “asked” someone that works there, you might get the real answer. CBC Toronto made a switching error in their master control – nothing the Winnipeg staff can do about that. The news you didn’t see when perfectly until Toronto chose the right source. And yes, Aarti is even more stunning in real life!

    I met her in Terrace just over 2 years ago. I produced a video that she aired that no one else before had the balls in this town to do on a subject that last year killed 1.3 million people and injured another staggering 50 million people. Although I am now being stalked and harassed for it even to this day, I still think it was worth it, it did change a few peoples behavior that I know of.

    I must also add that she is not only extremely beautiful, she is a very nice down to earth sweet young lady and a true gem to society.
