The Manitoba Bison women’s volleyball team is back home after battling Alberta last weekend, but the Herd won’t be here long, as they travel to B.C. this upcoming weekend. UBC is the #1 ranked team, and Manitoba hopes to knock them out of top spot. The hosting Thunderbirds prevailed over the Bisons with a major three game winning streak during the 2007-08 season. Combine that with their perfect 15-0 record this season, they’re definitely the team to beat.

Head coach Ken Bentley reflected Tuesday on the win and loss against Alberta last week.
