MS Patient to Speak on Liberation Treatment

A Manitoba MS patient who travelled to Poland to receive the controversial Liberation treatment will speak tonight about his experience.

Duncan Thornton (right), 47, was the first person in the province to undergo the procedure. Thornton accompanied his older brother, Evan, who also has MS and underwent the procedure. Duncan will talk to a public audience made up of MS patients and their families beginning at 7 p.m. at Earl Grey Community Centre.

The meeting is being put on by CCSVI Manitoba.

    HiDuncan.my name is Diane Sumner Iwas diagnosed in ’81 and am still managing fairly well.I am a mother of 3 active boys and have a wonderful husband.I need to be around for them They are my life.We are very interested in hearing about your experience.I was born in Brandon but now live in Alberta.     I myself am a nova Scotian. A distant cousin of mine, who lieves in Germany, suffers from advanced-stage MS. He’d love to to give the liberation therapy a try. Would someone give me the name of the clinic in Cracow and the name of the doctor who performs the treatment. I’d be ternally grateful.
