Sandbags Now Available for Public Pick Up

Winnipeg residents who need to protect their property from rising waters can now pick up sandbags at three locations.
- 1220 Pacific Avenue
- 849 Ravelston Avenue West
- 1539 Waverley Street
These locations are open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Residents will be required to show identification to demonstrate that they are residents of Winnipeg.
The City of Winnipeg provides sandbags to residents that require them each year to protect their property from snowmelt runoff.
