City of Winnipeg Entomologist, Taz Stuart, is apparently a supporter of another CFL football team. Not only did he anger Winnipeggers yesterday when he suspended mosquito fogging, now he’s flaunting some forbidden colours in public.

Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Stuart wore a Saskatchewan Roughriders shirt — on Winnipeg turf! To rub it in, the text under the logo reads “Champions”, as in 2007 Grey Cup champions, where the Blue Bombers were defeated 23-19.

The Bug Boy is originally from Regina, which would explain why he throws his support behind the team. However, that shirt should never be worn in this province again.

You think they make a pesticide for cotton?

UPDATE: Shaw TV’s Kim Babij also took offense to this disappointing public display of anti-Blue Bomberism. You tell ‘em, Kim!
