Firefighters Coming Down from Rooftop Fundraiser

Winnipeg firefighters camping on the rooftop of the Osborne Street firehall have raised over $20,000 for Muscular Dystrophy Canada since Monday.

Winnipeg Fire Fighters Collect Nearly $25K for Haiti

The Winnipeg Fire Department has been collecting donations for the Canadian Red Cross since the devastating earthquake in Haiti on January 12. Local fire halls have been graciously accepting funds from Winnipeggers and have even contributed money themselves.
