Ain’t No Party Like an Outdoor Dance Party

Following Saturday’s Santa Claus Parade, Manitoba Homecoming 2010 threw an outdoor dance party at The Forks hosted by Hot 103’s Ace Burpee. The night wound down with a fireworks display shortly after. Fireworks, cute babies, hot chocolate and dancing. It was a good night in Winnipeg.

Canada Day Fireworks at Assiniboine Park (PHOTOS)

Fireworks were a hot attraction across Winnipeg last night in celebration of Canada Day. Besides The Forks, there was an excellent display at Assiniboine Park.

Winnipeg Rings in 2009 with Outdoor Winter Fun

Winnipeggers braved the chilly temperatures on New Year’s Eve to head down to The Forks for the fabulous fireworks display, including myself. A couple hundred spectators stood near the Assiniboine River bank, while others enjoyed the view from inside Johnston Terminal where it was warm and cozy.

Winnipeg Goldeyes Fireworks from Opening Night

Chris D dot ca was at the Winnipeg Goldeyes game last night where the Fish unfortunately lost 3-2 against the Kansas City T-Bones at Canwest Park.
We also have the post-game fireworks from opening night. Surprisingly, most fans stayed to watch them.
