The Winnipeg police are asking the city to allow them to place mobile photo radar units in locations other than playgrounds, schools and construction zones. If the 5-0 get their way, you could start seeing the sneaky ticketers in locations that are proven to have high volume of crashes and excessive speeders.

It’s not a surprise that Winnipeg utilizes the use of mobile photo radar vehicles to nab speeders, but maybe they should change up their strategy a little bit. I’ve got a keen eye and spot them everytime, as do other drivers.
