President George W. Bush ducked out of the way on Sunday as an Iraqi journalist hurled his shoes at him, which is considered an insult in Muslim culture. Bush was in Baghdad to mark the signing of a U.S.-Iraq security agreement with Prime Minister Nouri al Maliki. That’s one courageous reporter. Too bad he missed.
