CJOB 68 and Global TV have been taking to the Manitoba skies to observe the flooding north of Winnipeg — particularly the ice jams near Lockport.
Winnipeg Free Press reporter Bruce Owen was also up in a chopper recently and has posted a few photos in his Twitpic album.
