Surveying Poverty in Winnipeg

Poverty Survey

Winnipeggers are being encouraged to take part in a new survey to express their opinions on poverty in the city. “Poverty: Insight & Ideas” is the first in a series of short surveys about poverty from the United Way and Urban Exchange.

Over the next four weeks, you’ll have an opportunity to share your ideas about what poverty means to you and how serious it is in your city and community.

4,500 of Urban Exchange participants so far, have said that poverty is one of their top concerns.

How to take the survey

  • Find the survey in today’s Winnipeg Free Press (April 7)
  • Click here to fill out the survey online
  • Give Urban Exchange a call at 477-5360 and they’ll mail the survey to you
