Two Manitoba cities have claimed spots on the country’s top 10 places to live. MoneySense magazine released the data Monday based on weather, likelihood of finding a job, crime levels and home prices. Also being taken into account was a ‘buzz factor’ for each city, which looks at recreational, cultural and athletic activities.
Winnipeg ranked 8th and Brandon 10th.
The top destination was where a number of Manitobans end up moving to retire — Victoria, B.C.
