The Winnipeg Goldeyes held their annual open house at Canwest Park on Saturday. Hundreds of fans made their way down to check out day two of Goldeyes training camp and to get a look behind the scenes at the operation of the park.
Watching the Goldeyes practice from the dugout was team owner Mayor Sam Katz, along with his daughters who came out to enjoy a beautiful sunny day at the park.
I tagged along for a tour given by broadcaster and sports columnist Scott Taylor.
