Recycling Crusader Giving Environmental Presentation

Garbage and RecyclingThe man who convinced the city to rename its weekly refuse pickup to “Recycling Day” will be speaking Wednesday morning at the Masonic Memorial Temple, 420 Corydon Avenue.

Don Woodstock is committed to do whatever he can for the environment and to encourage others to do their part in visualizing the world for tomorrow’s children. Sustainability has everything to do with our consumption habits and how we adopt. From David Suzuki to Mayor Katz to Minister Jim Rondeau, Don has become a tireless advocate for “Reducing, Reusing and Recycling.”

Woodstock will be giving a presentation titled “Your World and Mine” beginning at 8 a.m., where a full hot buffet breakfast will be served. Registration beings at 7:30 a.m.
