Local News Reporter Shares Personal Health Story

May 20, 2009 7:25 AM | Videos

A respected Winnipeg news reporter has gone through quite the health ordeal over the last several months. Global TV’s Meera Bahadoosingh suffered a mild stroke back in February and has been on the road to recovery ever since.

This information was known to me a while ago, but I felt it was only appropriate to share it publicly once Meera told the story herself.

The story was shared first on Monday night’s Global newscast, and again on Tuesday’s. It’s a touching story and if you missed it, watch it below.
