Sunday turned out to be a better day than expected. The dark clouds that were hovering over Winnipeg throughout the morning moved out and made way for bright sunny skies, as the 23 annual Teddy Bears’ Picnic rolled on.
About 40,000 people attended this year, with all proceeds raised going to the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
