No, we’re not talking about a WWE championship match here, it’s all about horse racing.
Last year’s Sprinter of the Year, Rock’n USA, will put his title belt on the line in this Saturday’s Free Press Stakes at Assiniboia Downs.
“Rock” won five straights last year and won his first start of 2009 impressively, pulling away from most of the horses that are entered in this Saturday’s race. Trained by Tanya Lindsay, this guy is charged and ready to go. He didn’t even compete in last year’s Free Press Stakes, but managed to capture Sprinter of the Year without it.
