42 New Cases of the H1N1 Flu Virus in Manitoba

The total number of cases of the H1N1 flu virus jumped again on Friday. Manitoba Health and Healthy Living reported another 42 new confirmed cases, bringing the grand total to 119.

All Manitobans are at risk for exposure to the virus, which is now considered to be a pandemic. The majority of those who have become ill have not required hospitalization.
