A free initiative to promote literacy and family togetherness is still going strong at Kildonan Place Shopping Centre. “Forest of Tall Tales” began two weeks ago in the mall’s centre court, and has featured several special guest readers since then.
Stocked with dozens of books, the Forest has been a hit with children of all ages to come and read in a relaxed and fun environment.
Andrea Slobodian from Global TV will be the celebrity story teller today beginning at 2 p.m.
“Forest of Tall Tales” supports the Raise-a-Reader fund.
