A Winnipeg photographer is reaching out for the public’s help in hopes of getting some valuable property returned to her.
On Friday, while the photographer was at work, her home in Canterbury Park was broken into and thieves made off with her laptop, camera and other equipment. The memory cards inside the camera were of most value, as they contained several wedding photos that cannot be re-shot. Missing are a Nikon digital camera, Apple PowerBook laptop and six memory cards.
A $500 reward is being offered for the return of either the laptop or the memory cards. The reward will also be honoured with even a copied disk containing the photos, which were on the Desktop in a folder titled “Joanne and Rick.” The stolen items can be returned to any Winnipeg police station.
