Tanning beds are just as dangerous as arsenic and mustard gas, according to a new study put out by international cancer experts in London.
The International Agency for Research on Cancer says your risk of skin cancer jumps by 75 percent if you’re under 30-years-old and use tanning beds. Most of us have known for quite some time that tanning beds are a risk to your health, but this new information reaffirms those thoughts.
As the growing amount of research coming out against artificial tanning mounts, some insurance providers in the U.S. are opting to not cover clients if they venture under fake ultraviolet rays.
