Manitoba Lieutenant Governor Philip Lee

Manitoba’s 24th Lieutenant Governor was installed on Tuesday afternoon at the Manitoba Legislature. Philip Lee takes over from John Harvard, who served for the last five years. Lee says he will use his position in office to raise awareness for those living with visual impairments. He is also the first Chinese-Canadian to hold the prestigious position.
