Winnipeg police have three people in custody after a high-speed ended on Edison Avenue near Henderson Highway Sunday evening. Speeds reportedly reached up to 100 km/h as police tried to pull over the driver of a silver Dodge Charger at around 7 p.m. beginning in the North End.
