Winnipeg GoldeyesThe Winnipeg Goldeyes have done something so significant, that it will change the face of baseball as we know it. Well, not really, they’re just changing the time of their potential Sunday playoff game.

The team has changed the usual 1:30 p.m. start time to 7 p.m. This will be the first time the Goldeyes have ever played an evening game on Sunday since joining the Northern League in 1994.

The Goldeyes return to Winnipeg for playoff action on Friday for game three at 7 p.m. Game four (if necessary) will be at 6 p.m. on Saturday., with game five (if necessary) beginning at 7 p.m. on Sunday, as noted above.
