Songwriters Association of CanadaFour Manitoba songwriters will take the stage at Bluebird North next month — the Songwriters Association of Canada’s (SAC) famed event.

Jaylene Johnson, Keri Latimer, Alana Levandoski and Romi Mayes — who are touted as today’s most influential female songwriters — will all share songs and stories in an informal, acoustic atmosphere on Tuesday, October 6 at The Park Theatre.

Howard Mandshein from 92 CITI FM and 101.5 UMFM will play host at the event, which will also give fans a chance to meet and greet the performers.

Originally debuting in Toronto in 1994, Bluebird North will also make stops in Vancouver, Edmonton, Ottawa and St. John’s.

Tickets are $12 at the door (or $10 for SAC and Manitoba Music members). Show time is 7:30 p.m.
