Vancouver will soon have access to the fastest wireless broadband Internet available anywhere in Canada — WiMAX-enabled 4G.
Winnipeg-based Craig Wireless Systems announced late Monday the planned launch of the new 4G network in Vancouver, with Motorola being its equipment vendor. Future plans are to extend it across the entire country if all goes well.
This is great news for almost everybody, expect those who like to keep updated with the latest technology and previously signed a three-year contract with an iPhone 3GS. Apple announced a 4G model back in April.
