An early morning accident slowed traffic on the South Perimeter Highway between Lagimodiere Boulevard and St. Anne’s Road today.
A witness on scene tells ChrisD.ca traffic was stopped for about 20 minutes before RCMP could get vehicles moving again.
No word on the extent of any injuries.
