Manitoba Adult Dies of H1N1

H1N1 Flu VirusManitoba has recorded its most recent H1N1 flu-related death. Health officials said today the death is of an adult between the age of 18 and 65, who had other underlying medical conditions.

There were seven other flu-related deaths during the first wave of the virus, but this is the first confirmed death in the second wave.

Winnipeg flu clinics will resume operation on Thursday when vaccine supply can once again meet the demand.
