311 Self Serve Online

The City of Winnipeg is continuing to improve on its 311 service, by adding a new feature which lets citizens submit requests online.

The 311 Self Serve Online system allows residents to do a number of things, including reporting pot holes to locating lost items on transit buses to applying for City permits.

After each request is submitted, the user is assigned a reference number where they can track the progress of their request at any time.

The self serve page also contains a survey, where you can leave your thoughts on the new service.

Winnipeg 311 has been in place since January 16, 2009. Since then, 311 has handled more than 1.6 million calls and over 36,500 emails.
