The Asper School of Business will announce the 2010 Manitoba Venture Challenge (MVC) later this morning, in partnership with Manitoba Entrepreneurship, Training and Trade.
The MVC launched in 2008 for new and existing businesses who seek outside investment or are in need of advice in order to launch or expand.
This year, the MVC includes a new theme, “3 Steps to Success,” designed to help entrepreneurs at each step of development, from ideas to investor-ready plans and presentations. The three independent streams available to participants based on their venture’s stage of development are:
1. Idea to Product
2. Launch Pad
3. Business Accelerator Financing
The MVC will wrap up with the final events in June 2010.
