A collision involving a semi-trailer truck carrying a large quantity of diesel fuel blocked traffic on Inkster Boulevard at about 8:15 p.m. Thursday.

Inkster between the Perimeter Highway and Sturgeon Road was closed to motorists while crews worked to clean up the contaminants.
No word on any injuries or what led to the crash, but the road was reopened by 10:30 p.m. in all directions.
It would have been an exclusive if those folks from CTV News didn’t show up and cramp our style.
