All day Friday, Power 97 and the other Corus radio stations (CJOB and Groove FM) will hold its 12 Hours of Christmas Auction in support of Hunger for Hope.
Up for bids is a number of sweet items, such as an ultimate golf package, kitchen renovation package, tickets to every concert and movie the station presents in 2010, and several others.
Bidding for each item takes place between a certain time period on Friday beginning at 6 a.m. and can be made by calling 779-HOPE (4673).
Last year, Power 97 raised just under $28,000 for Hunger for Hope.

UPDATE: December 18 — Over $34,000 was raised this year during the 12 Hours of Christmas Auction.
