After a whirlwind tour of Winnipeg on Tuesday, and the Interlake region on Wednesday, the Olympic Torch Relay is back in the city this morning.
The flame will be at Minto Armories carried by Aimee Carvey — the first torchbearer of the day — at 8 a.m. today.
After travelling through the city and ending up on Portage Avenue, the torch will make a stop in Oak Bluff at about 9:30 a.m.
From there, the torch will head to Sanford, Brunkild, Carman, Roland, Winkler, Morden, Elm Creek, Oakville and finally Portage la Prairie.
On Friday, it will tour Western Manitoba before heading to Saskatchewan on Saturday.
A detailed map of the route with estimated arrival times at each destination is available by visiting Vancouver2010.com.
