The Olympic Torch Relay passed through chilly Oak Bluff earlier this morning before heading to Sanford and continuing on with the rest of its journey.
Torchbearer Jody Champagne carried the torch during the final leg of the relay. CTV’s Kevin Olszewski and Sylvia Kuzyk each carried the flame before Jody.
