To mark the upcoming Family Literacy Day, Kildonan Place Shopping Centre will host “Sing for Literacy” this Saturday, January 23.
The free family event is in partnership with ABC Canada and begins at 2 p.m.
Local performer Estee Taylor, along with her “Jazz on a String” marionettes, will be leading singalongs, and performing children’s songs for kids and parents in attendance.
The event raises donations to support local literacy charities.
