A water main break on Pembina Highway and the Perimeter caused brown, murky water to flow out of some taps in the city this afternoon. Residents in St. Norbert, Fort Richmond and parts of St. Vital were affected.
The discolouration began around 1:45 p.m.
A city spokesperson said crews attended the scene to deal with the situation
