Canada added another medal to its count late Wednesday when Marianne St-Gelais captured silver in ladies’ 500-metre short track speed skating. The 20-year-old from Quebec fended off Arianna Fontana of Italy, who took bronze, but was unable to keep ahead of Meng Wang of China, who won gold.
Jessica Gregg of Canada was shut out from any medals coming in fourth.
